What's the cancellation policy?
You can cancel your membership at anytime by clicking Manage Membership and following the instructions.
Is there an activation fee? How do I activate my membership?
There is no activation fee. Simply sign up online or at the park to activate your membership immediately.
Why do I see multiple billing attempts?

Are there blackout dates?
Standard is only available on non-peak days, while VIP has fewer blackout dates. Please refer to our Membership page for more details.
