Do I need to fill out a waiver?
Yes. You can do that in person or online https://waiver.roller.app/kidsplaycity/ Waivers are only needed for participating children, not adults.
Can I accompany my child?
No. It is independent play with the exception of the gated toddler and infant section. Adults may accompany children in those areas. If your child has a special need, please notify the front desk for possible accommodations.
Do I need to make a reservation?
Reservations are only necessary for party packages. General admission is welcome to do a walk-in.
Are grip socks required?
Grip socks are required for children. Adults do not need to wear grip socks, but they do need to wear regular socks in specified areas.
Can I bring in outside food?
Yes, you can. We only ask you to be considerate of others. Coolers, cases of drinks, big platters, or anything deemed to be a part of an impromptu celebration will not be allowed.
