  • Daily sanitization of all structures & surfaces
  • Hand sanitizing is available throughout the facility
  • Hourly wiping of high-touch areas

Visitor Responsibility

While we work hard to keep up a safe and clean environment, all visitors are required to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others. Please follow these guidelines to help maintain a safe, fun experience:

  • Only use equipment as directed
  • Children should be under adult supervision at all times
  • Please take advantage of our sanitation station
  • If any equipment becomes damaged, report it to staff immediately

At Play City, we ask all visitors to follow these guidelines, as this reduces the risk of injury or damage. When you enter our facility, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.

Safe Play Guidelines

To make sure Play City is fun for everyone, we have a few important rules for safe play:

  • No running or rough play
  • Slide feet first
  • Follow all posted signage and rules
  • Avoid overcrowding play structures
  • Always be aware of others around you

Our staff wants you to have fun, too! They’re here to help and ensure everyone enjoys safe play, so please follow their instructions–this way, everyone can have a fun and safe experience at Play City.
